Aaron was born in Minneapolis, MN and grew up in Chicago, IL as well as San Francisco, CA before returning to Minneapolis. Aaron's hobbies include road and mountain biking, fishing, and skiing. He is married with two children and two dogs, currently living in Southwest Minneapolis.

Aaron graduated from Hopkins High School in Minnetonka, MN. He attended the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas as well as the University of St. Thomas graduate school of entrepeneurial studies. He has participated in ongoing entrepeneurial education including the University of St. Thomas Small Business Institute program. Aaron has completed the stringent educational and testing requirements to achieve LEED Accredited Professional status with the US Green Building Council.
Aaron has owned several small businesses and had varied career experience in retail, distribution, web based catalog sales, property investments, and commercial as well as residential construction.
He has been involved in every aspect of Blue Construction's business since it's organization in 2005. In addition to Blue Construction, Aaron still owns and operates Orange Properties, LLC, a commercial real estate investment business.

Kevin was born in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. He grew up in Anchorage, AK; Thief River Falls, MN; Shakopee, MN; and Faribault, MN. Kevin's hobbies include hunting, fishing, boating, and riding his Harley. Much of his spare time is spent attending his 2 childrens' sporting events at Minneapolis Washburn High School. He currently owns a home in South Minneapolis.
Education / Professional Experience
Kevin graduated from Bethlehem Academy in Faribault, Minnesota, and attended Macalester College in St. Paul, with the intent to pursue a career in professional football. When reality set in, he decided a law enforcement degree from Normandale College would better fit his character. Upon graduation he realized that his second career choice might involve flying bullets. As a result of this epiphany, he began his career in the construction industry in 1984. After 10 years as a commercial drywall contractor he moved into general contracting. Throughout the last 25 years he has had extensive experience managing residential, commercial, and industrial construction for several Minneapolis area firms. Some of his career highlights as a job supervisor and project manager include the construction of 19 Pamida discount stores in 12 states; assembly of "clean rooms" for Boston Scientific, Cypress Semiconductor, and Seagate; as well as remodeling of the Bookmen Lofts and and erection of the Bookmen Stacks buildings in downtown Minneapolis. He has managed construction jobs ranging in size from residential kichens and baths to the erection of large scale urban mixed use buildings, and supervised crews of up to 70 employees. His varied and comprehensive construction experience make him an excellent addition to the Blue Construction team. Kevin has worked with Blue Construction since 2005, and became a partner in 2007. He is our star project manager. His 25+ years in the construction industry pay dividends when it comes to completing projects on budget and on time.

Noah was born in Chicago, IL and grew up there as well as San Francisco, CA and Minneapolis, MN. Noah's hobbies include mountain biking, rock climbing, backpacking, and fishing. He is married with two spoiled dogs, living in Southwest Minneapolis.

Noah graduated from Bethany Academy in Bloomington, MN. He is currently a MN licensed general contractor and a licensed Realtor with the Coldwell Banker Lakes Office in Minneapolis. He pursues continuing education in construction and real estate annually. Noah has been working in the construction industry since 1998. He was a partner in a commercial general contracting firm as well as the owner of a concrete construction firm before incorporating Blue Construction Inc. with his brother Aaron in 2005. He also currently owns part of a solar engineering enterprise located in Arcata, CA. Noah is devoted to sustainable design and construction practices, and was one of the original building committee members that organized the Minneapolis Living Green Expo.
