200 Groveland Avenue, Minneapolis Project Description Construction of a new contemporary home that suited the neighborhood and scale of the site. Three of the original foundation walls from the old home were preserved for use in the new structure. Plans called for a 2400 square foot contemporary design and the highest level of sustainable construction materials and practices as well as energy efficiency. This home was featured in Midwest Home magazine in 2007.
